Recruiting assistance

ExiLnk provides tools for resume processing, skill comparison and recruiting administration. Scores describe available evidence, not a candidate’s worth or the probability of a successful hire. Employers remain responsible for lawful, fair hiring decisions and must review profiles and verify relevant claims.

Candidate information

Upload information only when authorized. Do not include unrelated sensitive information. Do not use the service to infer protected traits or make automated adverse employment decisions. Foundations assessments are unproctored quizzes, not professional certification or identity verification.

Free tools and optional purchases

Core passport, guided discovery and basic preparation/export tools require no subscription or trial purchase. Managed AI service credits cost AUD 10 per manual top-up. Each successful studio message interpretation costs AUD 0.10, displayed before use. Credits cover model processing and service overhead; they are not a claim of raw API cost parity. Failed managed tasks release the reservation; interrupted requests may take up to two minutes to recover. No automatic reload or short credit expiry applies. BYOK and local-model calls do not use managed credits; your provider may charge you separately, including for tests or failed calls.

Hiring campaigns cost AUD 149 for one role, one owner, 60 days and up to 25 unique consented applicants. Re-reviewing the same applicant does not use another place. New structured comparisons require an active campaign; saved reviews remain available subject to consent, withdrawal and retention. Ordinary role invitations and viewing deliberately shared applications remain free. No automatic campaign renewal, new team seats, placement guarantee or bundled AI inference is included. Self-service onboarding is included; bespoke services require a separate scope.

Prices are AUD inclusive of any applicable configured taxes. Checkout establishes the final charge and purchase scope. Unused credits and service problems can be referred to the operator's published support contact for refund review; statutory consumer rights are not restricted. Refunds and disputes reverse the corresponding credit value or revoke new campaign actions. A refund of already spent credits can leave a negative balance and pause managed AI; it does not create a new automatic charge. Resolve disputed purchases through the operator and payment provider. Account closure must address unused prepaid balances and legally required records.

Existing subscribers can manage or cancel their subscriptions through the billing portal; their recorded paid access continues under the existing entitlement. New subscriptions are not offered. Success fees and managed services require separately agreed terms; recording an outcome never automatically charges a placement fee.

Provider connections and local models

Connect only credentials and data you are authorised to use. Supported protocols do not guarantee every provider/model feature. Credentials are stored encrypted server-side; the application decrypts them to make authorised calls. Disconnecting deletes the saved credential but cannot recall an already running request. Revoke a leaked credential at the provider. A local bridge requires deliberate pairing and a running model on your own computer. Local inference does not make cloud account data offline or eliminate hardware costs.

Engagement drafts

Generated project agreements are incomplete drafts. They do not establish contractor classification, satisfy all employment obligations or become legally binding merely through generation. Obtain Australian legal advice, confirm minimum entitlements, agree all outstanding terms and execute an appropriate final agreement before beginning work. Milestone payments

When configured and enabled, payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Funding and release are separate operations, with employer approval required before release. ExiLnk is not a regulated escrow provider. Provider availability, account eligibility, transfer restrictions, fees, refunds and chargebacks apply. Disputes block further platform release and require resolution with the provider and involved parties.

Support and production operation

For service issues, privacy requests or unused-credit refund review, contact George@georgemridun.dev or open a tracked request. Do not send credentials or payment details. An operator reviews requests and records responses; account deletion and refunds require their respective procedures.

The operator must complete production identity and contact information, commercial agreements, legal review, privacy disclosures, provider onboarding and refund/support processes before offering paid services. No deployment, university partnership, trained proprietary model, revenue or service-level guarantee is implied by this software.
